"This was by far the best resort we have ever stayed at near Cancun. The staff was attentive and quick with every request. There were various activities for kids/teens to keep busy. The only thing I would change is to have more inclusive activities, while there were lots of adults only activities and kids/teen activities there were not many activities to do together as a family. For example, the pool volleyball was adults only, and when our nearly 16 year old son wanted to join he couldn't. Which...

"The spa was amazing. All restaurants were good. Coffee shop and buffet breakfast were great. The concierge in the main reception was very helpful. Loved the outdoor area of swim up room. The only downside for us was the very musty smell of our clothes, bags, cases etc when we returned home."
