"We enjoy staying here and of course could use a few details like a cooler ac in room that doesn’t make noise and floors in room I literally fell 3 times so make sure to always wear sandals/shoes… kids section could use an update not just cover in duct tape… Isaac from buffet/taco place always a pleasure, you can’t leave without a massage from Ely from Miiluma, ask for Miguel in the pool section best service and never fails. Glad they took away the reservation section it’s a first come first serve basis hated waiting on others and taking space for their time. If SLS play mujeres and Condesa got together they could switch off on a few things from each resort."

"This is such a family friendly resort, with several options for children to enjoy entertainment. The food options were great every day and night. I loved the deli downstairs. The staff are incredible and so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for young families. "

"The location is the best! You get the best beachfront and you get the best of the tourist town. Friendly and helpful staff. I would not get the all inclusive next time, since there are so many food and drink options near-by. But the service was fine, and the included options are fine. Having only one beer choice was possibly the worst aspect of the all inclusive. The rest.. not spectacular, but acceptable and practical. The common areas feel small for the amount of people they receive, but again... not a deal-breaker. I had a pleasant stay. I got a free balinese bed for booking with Expedia and some delicious macaroons. That was a nice surprise. "

Not to mention the beautiful beaches and clear blue water! Would highly recommend Riu Latino to any adult couple looking to relax, have fun, and enjoy a vacation. "

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Grand Palladium All-Inclusive Resort in Mexico! From start to finish, everything was incredible—the beautiful resort, the fantastic pools, the delicious food and drinks, and the engaging evening entertainment. Our kids had an absolute blast with all the fun activities, including crafts, games, puppet shows, cooking classes, pool games, and so much more. The team members—Ivonne, Jessi, Nicol, Luz, Reyna, and Sara—were so kind, attentive, and creative. It was such a relief knowing our kids were in great hands while we had some time to relax.
