"The food was amazing! Helios was our favourite, they went above and beyond for us. The French was also a top one! So many options to pick from. Nice to have access to the other buffet (family side), it’s huge! The staff are so friendly and work hard. Raul (beach server) especially made us feel welcome and went above and beyond. The rooms have a slight smell but nice. Most places we stay in Mexico have the same smell. We usually pick a new resort each trip, but we’d be back to this one,...

"We spent at the resort 7 days. Friday, Saturday and Sunday no activities at the theater because there are weddings so if you’re not part of the wedding, there are no shows which for a resort of this level I believe is not OK. We used to stay in smaller resorts, and there was always entertainment for the guests every evening. Also a resort like this could have better drinks, at least in the lobby bar. The main buffet was amazing and the food was always good there, if you stay at the family...
