"This was a great vacation for us. I would say the only downfall was that you couldn't prepare ahead of time for what dining options may be closed upon your arrival. We went over Valentines Day / Presidents Day weekend. There was multiple big events happening. Several weddings and several work gatherings. This caused some of the dining options to be closed. They even started to close the seating area for their main pool for one of the events without any prior notice. This was just a big bummer because we were hoping to get dining at a specific restaurant for Valentines Day but it wasn't until the day of that we found out the place was closed for a private event. If you are a planner this might be difficult for you. Also, they have different access' for instance you think you paid for the preferred with all preferred benefits (butler service and access to all the preferred options) however there is two types of preferred, one gives you access to the preferred bar and pool and the other gives you the access to the top shelf liquors and butler services. I am not quite sure how to tell the difference when you book, but we were under the assumption we were getting all the preferred perks only to find out that we were only given access to the preferred areas and not all the perks. The staff was super friendly and nice. There was never a moment we felt uncomfortable or unsafe. All transactions at the hotel are made in USD - and if you use the ATMS they will give you USD. "

The resort itself was stunning—impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and featuring breathtaking junior suites that were both luxurious and comfortable. The dining experience was exceptional, with a great variety of dishes and top-notch service at every restaurant.
