"The vacation started rough with no blankets and calls at midnight waking everyone, to no available dinner reservations. That said, along came our savior….Alma! She was our Expedia person and she managed to fix everything from blankets, to dinner reservations etc. anything we needed she was there helping us figure it out. We added her on WhatsApp and she reached each day to make sure we had the best family vacation possible. It was so great we will be back next year with the whole broader family! Thank you Alma you made our family vacation one we will never forget. I really hope next year you’ll still be there and you can meet the broader family. Thank you Planet Hollywood for designing a wonderful hotel. "

"We are beyond impressed and incredibly grateful for the amazing experience at Riu! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Everyone here is so helpful, friendly, and welcoming—it truly made a difference. The food was outstanding, with an endless variety. From delicious cappuccinos to refreshing margaritas, everything was top-notch. Honestly, with so many amazing options, it feels like you could eat forever! A few minor things to note—the water in the room has a slight aftertaste, and only Pepsi is available instead of Coke. Also, the elevator buttons would be easier to see if labeled in white instead of red. Some guests struggled to see them and accidentally pressed all the buttons, so we stopped on every floor! One of the highlights of our trip was an excursion to swim with dolphins—an absolutely incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience and surprisingly affordable. This hotel is simply exceptional. It’s one of the best places I’ve ever stayed, and I’ll definitely be coming back with my family. Thank you, Riu, for a truly memorable experience!"

"The whole trip was great i’ve been back for the pas 3 years and everytime the experience has been great i even run into someone at the bar who was staying 3 hotels over he had a friend staying at the hilton an he changed his reservation after he stayed 3 days at another one from a bad time he said.
