"My husband and I started in this hotel for 2 nights and we loved it. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. This is a clean, charming hotel in the relatively quiet area. It is convenient enough to get anything from a nice cafe for breakfast to rental bike store. Strong WIFI, new AC and hot shower are all helpful. "

"My only issue was that there was no signage and I arrived on New Year's Eve and there was no attendant. There, as in most of Mexico, was no number on the outside of the building so there was no way to confirm I was at the correct place. There was also a sign on the door directing you to enter on another street which also had no signage. Eventually i knocked loudly and the staff person came to the rescue. Other days staff was at the reception door as you would expect. All else was as advertised...

"It was in a great location. We stayed inside a jungle in a cabin like room. However they need to improve the services and amenities inside the room. It has lack of lighting, one fan at the corner is not sufficient, no paper towel, bin inside the room. There was no shampoo or conditioner other than the body wash. The bed was stinky, not enough hangers. Overall the amenities need to be improved a lot based on the rent they are charging."

"We made a booking far in advance. Upon arrival they appeared to have double booked their hotelrooms so even though we already paid for everything we had to spend the whole day looking for another place to stay. The alternative they offered was a hotel in the city center far away from the beach and nothing like the experience we were looking for. Luckily we found some other places to stay but we had to book 2 different hotels because it was busy everywhere. The guy behind the desk wasn't very...

"This is an apartment not a hotel. The room is tastefully decorated and has a decent bathroom. The building entrance is on an unpaved alley that is not well lit in the evening. There were mouse or rat droppings outside the door, though no evidence of them in the room. It is located on a busy highway, with large trucks that can cause the windows to rattle. This is about 15 minute walk from where the nice restaurants in Tulum are located and about a 30 minute bike ride to the beach area."
