"It was beautiful and the staff was incredible. Kennith was fantastic behind the bar and with the tequila & mezcal tasting. We never ate anywhere else other than the two restaurants in the hotel because they were so great. The only room for improvement wound be the size of the fitness center but that’s minor compared to how awesome the property and staff are. Will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tulum sans children ! "
