This was a great experience. The hotel is set up inside of the jungle so trees are everywhere..throughout-in a beautiful way. The private pools and the room service was chef's kiss! I'd recommend and will return!

Copal Tulum Hotel is such a beautiful property. I booked a 1 night stay but wished I had stayed longer. Management sent me a message on WhatsApp with info about checkout. I arrived early and they held on to my luggage until my room was ready. Bikes and scooters were available for rental. I stayed in for the night and ordered room service via WhatsApp. The food was good and arrived quickly. Overall beautiful hotel with clean room and facilities.
