"Beautiful property. My room view was amazing. Aside from having 7 restaurants, nightly entertainment, spa, gardens, beach, wildlife, in the end my most memorable moments came through interactions with resort staff. Everyone we encountered always had a smile, was respectful and helpful. The restaurant staff was wonderdul. I want to especially thank and recognize the fine gentlemen at preferred breakfast at Portofino. They are Rene, Javier, and Edgar. Their excellent service and kindness left an impression. In the café I would like to thank and recognize Luis and Jessica for their latte skills and warm welcoming smiles. Last but not least, our highly skilled resort photographer Tania. She captured such timeless and priceless moments for us. My wife and I would like to thank you all for making our stay at Dreams Tulum a real life dream. We hope to see you all again soon.
