"Had a very nice stay at Hacienda. Cleanliness 3.5/5, service by staff is 4.5/5, food was 3.5/5 unless you make a reservation to their restaurants. Hacienda for adults only was fantastic, the property was much cleaner than the main Krystal Grand. It was quiet at night and security does a fantastic job of telling other guests to be respectful of others sleeping. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely go back. "

"We stayed for 11 days. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Buffet was great, lots of fresh food and authentic Mexican dishes - not for everyone, but we loved it! Rooftop pool was our favorite hangout, quieter than downstairs pool. Beach was swimmable, but lots of vendors, non-stop asking for your attention, but they were nice too. We got the room we payed for, AC worked the whole time, WiFi works great, too. Only complaint is I bought jewelry from the guy who comes three times a week to the...
