"We stayed here for an entire week when we were on our vacation to Puerto Vallarta. We asked for a room upgrade and they gave it to us. They definitely need new mattresses. I lost a family heirloom necklace on this trip(please don't bring valuables, (leave them home) I had thought that maybe it got taken from the hotel room and they went above and beyond to send me all the cameras and logins to help me figure out that it must've got lost or maybe stolen when I was out on an excursion. I think someone may have bumped into me and taken it. Please do not take valuable jewelry on your vacation leave at home. The manager sent me all of the logins and camera footage and I was able to trace a timeline of when it may have gotten taken but it definitely was not at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you buy an excursion from the front desk make sure that they're not dropping you off different from the pick up. I would recommend this hotel to others. "
