"We spent a week at the resort and had a great stay. It’s in a convenient location and offers a wide variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. There’s plenty of entertainment and impressive shows throughout the resort. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the beach had strong waves that made swimming difficult. Brung my daughter to Cancun for her birthday and booked a resort that was not to my cleaning standards so we left and booked here and I’m sooooo happy we did! This hotel is bomb! Very clean!!! "This place costumer service is awful , will cancel your reservation if you don’t check in on time so if you flight is delayed which is out of your control you loose all your money . I paid for 5 nights and I called the hotel to notify them and they didn’t care and wouldn’t refund me my money . Expedia costumer service stated they should of not cancel my reservation . "
