"This was our second time staying there we can’t say enough how great this place is in every way you look at it . The staffs are excellent so helpful so courteous, every time we went out of the resort to explore they told us what to expect & make sure don’t fall for things that we shouldn’t buy . The only one thing I hope the resort do is to upgrade the towels in the room we noticed first time as well for a five star resort the towels are not nice & soft like it supposed to be beside that bed’s...

"Food was good, but nothing outstanding. Found the sales pitch for the vacation club a little overbearing. Spa was wonderful, both my teens enjoyed their first massage experiences. Staff was super friendly, property was very clean. Our family felt extremely safe at all times. Kids had a great time exploring the property. "

"This hostel is literally located in the middle of nowhere, it's difficult to find, there was no cell phone service and it's just the creepiest vibe upon arrival. Did not feel safe as a solo traveler. Could not stay there. Had to look for another place to stay."
