"Stayed for 10 days and everything was excellent except had to move rooms because the air conditioner leaked and they tried to fix it twice and didn’t fix it. With that being said the receptionist lady moved me to a better room bigger tv and close to pool. Close to everything.Ocean and beach clean for swimming! Pool is amazing. Free breakfast was great too! Omelette bar pancakes or waffles each day. Tons of fruit and cereal and juice"

"My family and I had a great time. Javier, Jakeline and Sugey treated us like we were family. The workers were very friendly. My 14 yr old is a very picky eater and he loved that there were food optiond for him such as burgers and hotdogs by the pool and in the restaurants. The Italian restaurant had really good pizza and the beef dish tasted amazing. I really liked the ribs at the Japanese place. The buffet had alot of options i just wish they had bacon. My 14 yr old loved the slide and so did...

"The hotel, beach area, and pool were all beautiful and clean. Most of the employees were helpful and polite. The hotel is located walking distance from a lot of shops and restaurants which was very convenient. The hotels included breakfast buffet included delicious options for everybody. We did, however, have a few complaints.. The hotel requires a wristband to enter and use the facilities, which is fine, but when we entered just to check in at the desk, we were rudely and persistently, asked...

"The staff and service was fantastic and easy. Sydney and Norma at front desk made it easy and comfortable for check in/check out, and any transportation I needed for my stay. The poolside was lovely and relaxing. I enjoyed my stay. "

"When I arrived at the garage entrance, I was greeted by Daniel who was very helpful and friendly. He informed me of any excursions and he could arrange these things. I have been a guest there before and appreciate his humor and exuberance. Upon arriving upstairs at the hotel desk, I was greeted once again by Marisol who is very service oriented, friendly and competent. I enjoyed my stay and I will most definitely return in the future. I highly recommend Suites Malecon. "
