"I stayed at the The Grand Moon Palace Feb 2025. First time visiting. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Family friendly resort. Pros, amazing food options, Circus restaurant was really fun! Our family could always find lots of areas to sit which was a huge plus. We could go to a different pool area everyday, huge resort. Loved the food options in the pool areas, servers brought the food right to you. Cons, so many plastic water bottles. I would have preferred more options to use...

"The 28th floor concierge Aldo was absolutely amazing, as was the 12th floor bartender Roberto. Israel at the door remembered our names and was also amazing. There are so many others there that were super awesome there. I can’t wait to go back again. I’m already trying to reserve another trip back. The staff really felt like family. I could literally write paragraphs about how awesome our anniversary was. Thank you for the amazing trip!!!"

"This is a new resort, opened in July 2024. The room was very nice and staff members were friendly. There is a gate to the resort. It is a long way from the gate to the hotel. Unless if you want to stay in the hotel for the whole time, it is not very convenient to go out and see other places, such as Isla Mujeres. The Uber is not allowed to pass through the gate to the hotel. You have to use the taxi waiting at the door of the hotel and the taxis are much more expensive than Uber. The...

"This was a great vacation for us. I would say the only downfall was that you couldn't prepare ahead of time for what dining options may be closed upon your arrival. We went over Valentines Day / Presidents Day weekend. There was multiple big events happening. Several weddings and several work gatherings. This caused some of the dining options to be closed. They even started to close the seating area for their main pool for one of the events without any prior notice. This was just a big bummer...
