"Terrible location. Staff are rude. Wifi sucks. Very noisy location. Shower water didn’t drain properly. I will never stay there again. "

"First off...there is no signage, or a visible door to open, or a buzzer to the actual address listed. Secondly, the room that I reserved and paid for was not available, but I was resituated into what was ultimately a quite nice house in a neighborhood about 2 km west, closer to Ave Chapultepec. So, while not quite what I anticipated, I don't have any major gripes."

The housekeeping was very much meticulous and always left the room as immaculate as it was on the first day of check in. Will definitely stay there again!"
