"10/10 Perfecto! The resort itself is exquisite—the pools, beach, room, restaurants, bars but what made our week so amazing was the staff. Every single resort employee we encountered was authentically warm, kind and provided superb service. I would definitely return to the W Punta Mita."

"Certainly a decent resort. Friendly staff, very clean, evening shows were entertaining. In comparison to other Barcelo's I have stayed at, the food was okay, but not the usual standard I have seen. (The restaurants at Barcelo in San Jose de Cabo were exceptional.) The furniture in the bar lounge really needs to be replaced. The red plush chairs had the sunken uncomfortable butt area, that was hard to get out of! "
