"Hotel is new and modern. The rooftop area is by far the best feature. Great poolside service and food was amazing. I was in a deluxe tropical room but it was like a standard hotel room that has a balcony overlooking the river. The layout of the room is very open - the bathroom sink and shower are in the same area as the bed which makes for limited privacy if you are travelling with someone else. Overall a great property, great value, I will be back and would recommend to others! "

"The resort was very nice and super clean. All of the staff was wonderful and very helpful. There are folks who are time share owners “members” that get exclusive access and deals to certain things at the property and that was a little unclear at first. I also wish there was more explanation of which amenities are available to all inclusive guests. (I.e poolside activities and non paid water activities). Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!"
