"Esmeralda at the check-in counter has excellent customer service skills! She was helpful, conscientious and knowledgeable. We asked for an ocean view upgrade and, while it was a little more costly per day, we were grateful for the wonderful views. An added plus was the beautiful pink flowers on our balcony. "

"This hotel has an amazing view of the Ocean. The one thing I would recommend is a change in the dinner menu. Even if they simply prepared a special dinner each night for the guest that is completely different from the main menu. That would keep a lot of guests staying and letting friends know about this facility. The only problem we had was the power and water in Tower 1. They did move it’s to a different room after a few days which helped greatly. Overall it is a very friendly hotel and many...

"We just returned from an incredible stay at the Puerto Vallarta Hilton with our family, and it’s a hands-down 5-star experience! The pool was a blast for our kids—perfectly suited for them to play and enjoy. The kids’ club was phenomenal; our little ones adored it and still rave about the fun they had there. The service was outstanding—every staff member was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Food was delicious and always available, with plenty of variety to satisfy everyone. We also loved the hotel’s private beach—so beautiful and well-maintained, it felt like our own slice of paradise. The gym was a pleasant surprise too—spacious, well-equipped, and staffed with pros who kept it spotless. Daily activities added such a fun vibe, from beach games to evening events—there was always something exciting to do. The location is unbeatable, just a quick cab ride to the Puerto Vallarta Malecón and steps from central town. We loved every second and can’t wait to return. This place is a family dream—highly recommend!"

Great Vacation in Paradise!
