"Love the staff, friendly kind helpful! Room was just okay . On arrival safe had to be replaced! Lights out, table in room unstable. After a few days our door to our room would not lock! This is far from a Deluxe Room. No upgrade was offered or any special treatment for being a Gold member. Not a ton of seating around the pool but lots of seating on the beach do you need to get down there to save a chair by 9 AM? Staff is great, no complaints."
