When I lost my glasses, he was on it and was able to find the quickly. We certainly appreciate all of his efforts for getting us what we wanted. I highly recommend him if you have VIP access. "Enjoyed the resort, however, not offering shuttle service back to the airport daily and therefore having to pay an arm and leg for a taxi was a waste. I was also offered $50 credit, but when I asked to apply it to balance at the end of my stay, I was told I couldn’t because it was just for food. Info on these services needs to be clearer from up front. "
