"The staff was so great and patient with us. They had some goodies for us in the room. They had slippers, robes, some candy, and two bottles of water with the coffee machine, and I had a few coffee pots in it and tea pack. The beds were soft. The sheets were comfortable. The room so quiet I love the bathroom. The bathroom was cozy. The water was always hot. You get free towels, body wash, shower caps. It was just an amazing experience and I can’t wait to go again."

"This hotel has an amazing location. I stayed here the weekend before Christmas and got a room facing Times Square- the view was gorgeous! However, it was very cold because the window was broken, which was letting in cold air. We realized this late at night snd asked that they fix it the next morning- they didn’t. It also took us about 45 minutes to check in. Then we waited about 30 mins to leave our bags with the desk in the am. M Social is about a block away, and way nicer for the same price,...

Rooms are nicely designed, fresh and comfortable bedding, and a nice bathroom with powerful rain shower head. 54 Rooftop Lounge has a nice Ambiance and a friendly and accommodating bar staff.
