"I love the hotel, it was nice, cozy and comfortable. When I checked in the girl in the reception could have been more friendly, I requested a late check out for my last day and she didn’t help too much, but the next day, I tried again this time a guy was in the reception and he was super friendly, polite and helpful. So I guess he erased my first impression. The hotel in general was great! I would recommend this property and stayed again. "

You would NEVER know that just 2yrs ago this was a tired, rundown Hampton Inn. The new owners renovation and creation of 'Romer Neighborhood Hotel' is nothing short of EPIC. "Very clean and convenient property to stay while visiting all the nyc sites. Subway right around the corner. They provide pastries and coffee in morning. We got to hotel before check in and they gladly held our luggage so we could start exploring til room was ready. We would stay here again! "
