Overall, hotel was nice and clean. Upon entering the hotel was greeted with such great hospitality. Not sure if it was just my room, but I was freezing no matter how I adjusted the thermostat. Also, was not happy with the view from my room.

I've been here twice, tbh if you were someone that had absolutely NO idea what you were doing in NYC & wanted a nice clean place to stay near Times Square this is a no brainer The subways are a 3-5 minute walk away, you better not come with a car though (the fees are wild! just find a parking garage instead)

Great location and clean. The rooftop bar was also great. Happy that they provided a couple bottles of drinking water in the room. Very disappointed that there were no "clubs" as advertised.
