"Excellent property! I booked it last minute for one night, and was pleasantly surprised. It is within walking diatance to the heart of the city. My room had a great view of the Empire State Building. The rooftop! Oh the rooftop! It is everything! My husband and I spent our evening enjoying the beautiful view, a few drinks and yummy appetizers! I will recommend this place to everyone I know!"

"The hotel had no record of my VIP status. However, Jeromy (I believe was his name) a young desk clerk kindly upgraded us on his own accord. He also put Happy Anniversary on our bed and gave us a wonderful hotel candle as a gift. The hotel was great but I am concerned that for the second time our VIP status was not known to the hotel. Please note the reason I chose that hotel was because of the VIP benefit. Im hopeful that that doesn't happen again. "

"I’ve stayed here before and my previous room couldn’t have been more different than the one from yesterday’s reservation. The room on the second floor looked beat up (for lack of better words). There were holes in a number of the furnishings and the bathroom door was peeling. The room just looked very outdated and dingy, including the smaller and older model flat screen TV. I also woke up with horrendous allergies. The bed comfortable and at least the bathroom was clean from a sanitary...
