"We enjoyed our stay overall. We had a couple minor issues when checking in. It was very busy when we entered and the lobby is extremely small. When we got to our rooms one bed was broken and one water was left open and put back in mini bar. I let the staff know and they fixed the bed quickly. I wasn’t charged for the water, but it wasn’t removed or replaced. The breakfast area was nice. Enjoyed the fancy latte and cappuccino maker. The motel is very noisy, but it’s near all the action of Times...

"We had a lovely stay at The Gotham Hotel. It’s a small, boutique type hotel, but we were happy with its location, staff, and cleanliness. Our “suite” was very small, which is common in the city, but we didn’t spend much time in our room anyway, and we had the coolest balcony. Had we been there during spring or summer, that would have been a space we could spend more time using. It was too cold or rainy to sit out there long in the winter, but we wanted to! "It was perfect stay at Park Lane Hotel. Great located, amazing view on Central Park and very kind and helpfull staff:) Especially I appreciate that they make our anniversary stay unique and welcomed us with nice gift:) We can fully recommend Park Lane Hotel during stay in NY!"

"Always love to stay at the Lotte. Top notch all the way. The only complaint this trip was the older man at the concierge desk was rude when we were trying to pick up our stored luggage. One member of our group was sick and I was trying to ask if the concierge workers could possibly deliver our luggage to the room & the man basically yelled at me & told me to "Wait!" in front of several other guests. The other man working at the concierge desk apologized for him and said he was just a little overwhelmed. I understand it happens sometimes, but the rude employee never apologized or even acknowledged me again while I waited, like he told me to do. The other worker helped get our luggage to the room. Other than that isolated incident, the service and experience were great, as usual. "
