Social areas are nice but small compared to others in the area and limited choice. Very loud bedroom doors on closing and when people in corridors. Lift super slow at times. "

"Staff was super nice- especially door men. Housekeeping ladies were sweet too, Suites are great for families. The couch bed is like two twin mattresses which actually seemed pretty good for my kids- not lumpy and no poke in the middle. 2 bathrooms great for bringing kids. Decor a tad dated but everything clean and good layout. Bistango staff was super nice too and great for families. Buffet breakfast was cold but reasonable. "
