"One thing I like about this hotel is that it is convenient to the theatres and Times Square. The hotel is safe but is in need of updating. The rooms are dated and the hallways need some TLC. The floor where my room was located, was just dingy. When I arrived at my room on the first night, there was a glass of half drank water sitting on the bathroom counter. Housekeeping does a good job of checking to see if fresh towels are needed or trash needs to be removed. Again, I only like this...

"It was actually really nice, I loved that it was so close to the subway station and had restaurants all around! didn’t have to worry about food and transportation. One thing I do wanna see improvement is their showers, it’s so tiny! Not made for bigger people. "

When I checked in the girl in the reception could have been more friendly, I requested a late check out for my last day and she didn’t help too much, but the next day, I tried again this time a guy was in the reception and he was super friendly, polite and helpful. So I guess he erased my first impression. The hotel in general was great! I would recommend this property and stayed again. "
