We had some issue with some packages that were delivered to the hotel , the hotel has a fedex office but they close and nobody but the manager can get in but then the manager was nowhere to be found and they didn’t even wanted to give the name of the manager like it was some secret , finally we found a helpful person who just went to behind the desk and magic the packages were there but this took 2 day of trying other than that all cool just don’t send packages to this hotel it’s crazy

It was my first time in New York and the Sheraton was just right, minutes away from time square, walking distance to many attractions. The only thing that was check in, it took a long time to check in but overall experience was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved that it is right ay the subway station allowing for direct transportation from airport. Disliked how hard it was to use the $30 daily credit as restaurant was so busy with only a couple servers. Same with Starbucks in morning. Zero access to coffee at the restaurant in the evening. Unable to pay cash for balance if meals. Otherwise location to Times Square and theatres was great.

My flight was delayed by an entire day and the hotel did not merge our meal tickets to the next day due to this uncontrollably hickup. Whenever we first arrived the receptionist states he will give us double the credits for the the night our plane delayed but unfortunately the next morning whenever we were getting ready for breakfast we only had one day worth of drink credits for the library bar. Initially when we booked this hotel I reserved two beds for three people with added breakfast options. Turns out they only provided breakfast for two people on our reservation instead of all three so we had to pay an extra 50 plus dollars for one person at a breakfast buffet. Overall we were confused from the promises of one hotel receptionist compared to the other.
