"Great location in midtown, would recommend!"

"Beautiful apartment, ample space for two couples or small family. Quiet, cute neighborhood, close to subway and many convenience stores and restaurants. Kitchenette is small but has all you need for small get togethers. One flight of stairs up and an initial problem with the door lock, which mysteriously disappeared after that first encounter. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would like to return in the future!"

"The apartment was very clean and as advertised. Eliana was very proactive with her communications and we didn't have any issues. The apartment was small but accommodated the five of us just fine. It is a warm apartment, but there were fans and air conditioners available so people who are hot or cold will do just fine. The location was perfect!! We walked nearly everywhere and the food options nearby were amazing!"

"The space was nice with plenty of complementary items, like tea, coffee, sugar, etc. The kitchen was also stocked with essentials which was pretty nice. The base of tub had a bit of grit from cleaning products, but other that space was clean. The Smart TV was perfect & extenstion cord for my electronics was provdied. "

The property manager was great making sure everything met our needs… checking with the guest throughout their stay My friends and I are already planning on staying at this property on our next trip to NYC."

"My roommate and I stayed in this unit as temp living for 3 months. The unit is extremely clean and is nicely updated. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive. He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up. Only downside is the location is about a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but there are plenty groceries, bars, parks, etc in walking distance."

"2 colleagues on a business trip. 4 bedrooms so plenty of space. It is a tired property up 4 flights of stairs but clean and warm! For NYC good value and ideal for 2 of us. 4 on business would have been less than ideal as 2 of the rooms were very small. But for what we needed and expected it was excellent!"

"Convenient location close to the subway. We appreciated having a little space and a table in the apartment, but spent most of our time out. Being in the city that never sleeps it was fairly loud in the bedrooms at the front of the property but got used to it after the first night. Some of the furnishings are a little tired but that was no problem for us. Victoria was really communicative and it was easy to check into the property."

"The property was clean and the interior as described. The location marketed was about 20 minutes further out making it inconvenient from train access. We made it work but had to utilize Uber and it became costly. I would suggest a few things such as pot holders to remove items from the oven, additional linens and face clothes. Also electrical outlets in one bedroom and the bathroom did not work. The neighbors did play loud music late at night until the early morning hours making it difficult to...
