Location is excellent and the room was clean. We just expected better service considering the price. Called room service twice in an 4 hour period because we were missing some hygiene products and they never came, we had to go outside the room and luckily there was a service cart with the items we needed. Also, be prepared to pay for luggage storage in the lobby, this is the first hotel I had to pay for such a thing (we usually just tip the staff).

Proximity to the Macy’s day parade was perfect. We were told we could bring chairs, but turns out they weren’t allowed to showers in both rooms were in adequate and not operable. The view from the 14th floor was great!

Elevators were atrocious, spent way too long stuck on them or waiting for them. No seating areas in the lobby. Poor food selection (restaurant/ bar). Poor amenities.

Cockroach in our bathroom. 400 for a double king room and we got a tiny room with one queen. Next to elevator that made the walls shake all night long. Half-eaten food from previous guest still in the refrigerator. Grumpy front desk folks.

This review is for Expedia not the properly. Expedia sent the wrong room details, we booked two beds for 4 people and Expedia only reserved 1 queen bed. Expedia was unreachable when trying to fix the issue.
