Our room was dirty, there was a barking dog next-door to us all day long, and many of the staff were not very courteous when we were asking for recommendations and directions in the area. Very nice stay at this Westin in Times Square! The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. The room was very nice and roomy for a NYC hotel. We had to ask twice for towels to be brought to us, since there weren't enough in the room for the number of people in it (4). There was also an extra charge of $35 every day that I wasn't aware of before booking - that needs to be in big letters somewhere. Overall, a nice stay!
