The location is perfect for Broadway shows or concerts at Lincoln Center. Subway is right there so it’s easy to get everywhere. Although noisy outside, it’s quiet inside the hotel. It’s great that breakfast is provided. It’s modest but sufficient and saves time and money if you want to get out and about. They have a nice wine bar although we didn’t go. Small room but we weren’t in it very much so didn’t care. Everything is clean and up to date. Would stay there again!

This is an older but well krot property close to Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. There is a small gym in the basement and wine bar/breakfast on the second floor with a microwave. I stay here everytime I come to NYC.

Clean and comfortable. Very nice room for breakfast, appreciated coffee was available in that room during the day and it was a wine bar in the evening. Continental breakfast had some variety and included protein (peanut butter and yogurt) and fruit. Could have used a hook on the back of the bathroom door.

Quaint hotel by Penn station and Harold Square. We really enjoyed our room and the location was perfect to get anywhere we needed to go.

It was a great surprise, the hotel is walking distance to a lot of attractions and the subway. Staff was great, customer service was great too, the helped us with luggage storage before check in and after our checkout, also they booked a lux transport to JFK. Overall, would definitely come back and recomend it.

Overall this hotel is okay. Area is convenient and good transit access. But it’s in bad need of updates - bathroom was freezing / window needs to be replaced with double panes for the winter and the shower took forever to heat up. I guess you get what you pay for

The location of this property was great, especially around Christmas as it's right by Macy's. Koreatown has great food options. What wasn't great is some of the outdated features, small elevator, not great breakfast, and the heat was not working. When we returned to our room one of the days it was 85 degrees in our room and the entire hallway was just as hot. It made no difference if you turned the heat off. We had to open the windows in December and there were no screens. Also the view was a brick wall of the neighboring building

This was in a really good location away from the craziness of Times Square but still convenient as the Subway station is right by the Hotel. We had an issue with the heat in our room upon arrival but it was taken care of. The staff, in particular Eugene the General Manger was amazing! There is only one small elevator for the entire Hotel so that was the only downfall but I would definately recommend it!
