The breakfast was better than I expected. Lots of good options. Free tea and coffee available for most of the day, free water in the lobby. "This hotel was so convenient. We pulled in the back they took the car and parked it and off we went. You walk out the front door right in Times Square. It was a very quiet, clean and convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore New York. "

"The hotel was conveniently located. It is has nice character. I was able to check in quickly. My room was very nicely sized for a NYC hotel. While parts of the hotel are a little drabby, it has character. My only complaint was that there was a parking garage on the street level and all through the night the garage door alarm would go off when it opened, which woke me up repeatedly. I did not sleep well. "
