"I’ve always wanted to stay at the Edison Hotel. I love the theming of the property and the music playing thru out the hotel. The room was clean and I was impressed of the space size the room had to offer. We had an accessible two queen bed room and the shower was perfect for my needs. My only downside the water wasn’t too hot so got a lukewarm shower. For the price In a central location of Times Square I would recommend to my travel clients to stay here. "We loved staying in Chelsea. The hotel was close to many things we wanted to see. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The only issue we had was our shower faucet dripped during our entire stay. With the constant noise in NYC we didn’t even notice after the first night. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful 10/10 customer service. The property is walking distance from Times Square and was very convenient. The room is in okay condition. However the toilet gave us trouble every single day of the trip and we had to keep calling reception to send the handy man to unclog it. However the receptionist gave us a discount for the trouble. The room was also very hot, I would recommend leaving the windows open. Overall a great stay. "
