"I cancelled my entire trip March 1. due to getting the flu. I was told over the phone (more than once ) I would be charged $1000 (which I agreed to pay) because I cancelled.I was charged over $2200. I had also purchased insurance so what is going on? Case number 477472182 "

"Amazing property, beach was amazing. Pool super nice. Walk to xcaret is a must. Bad sides were there is hardly any poolside service or poolside food. Rooms smaller and out of date but still good enough. Favorite resort we’ve been too. "

"Beautiful resort. The beach is clear from rocks. The serving staff are so sweet. The rooms are nice. Alejandro, Alexis and Perla were our favs! They were so friendly and accommodating in every way. Really made our trip memorable. The resort has theme nights but they had a silent disco which was so boring. So many ppl out and just sitting around with no music for those who were not a part of the disco. Other than that, it was great. The cave dinner was a highlight for us but the resort is not all-inclusive. You have to pay for that and other things such as bowling, trampoline, laser tag etc… the crocodile is free tho hehe kids love that! "
