"The evening shows were great. Zero to very short wait for restaurants. Rooms were cool. Water hot. Great water pressure. Special requests were accommodated. Staff super friendly. Walking distance to shops. Felt safe. All rooms have good ocean view. Food always available regardless of time of day. The neon party at the neighboring RIU was super fun for all ages, shapes and sizes—don’t miss out! Saw a couple beach vendors but they didn’t stay long. Not sure if it’s because nobody was buying or because staff chased them away. Whatever the case it was nice not being bothered. We would totally go back to this resort. "

"I always enjoy the stay on this beautiful historic Hotel in the city center of Mexico City. The hotel is well centered close and walkable to everything you need like shops, restaurants, attractions. It’s a very safe area you can move in uber wich is very convenient to a lot of places. The hotel is amazing i really recommend it"

"The staff, in all departments, were absolutely excellent. Friendly and helpful. Room was recently renovated and very clean. Great location in the heart of old Puerto Vallarta. Genuine Mexico. Great beach right in front of hotel with great beverage service. Vendors on beach very respectful. If you said “no gracious” they smiled and moved along. Would highly recommend this property. "We arrived early and were greeted by the staff in a very friendly manner. Service was excellent. At first, the Ac in the room was not working, and they sent a technician right away to fixed the issue. The rooms are a little outdated but the excellent service of the staff more than makes up for it. "
