"This place is private and perfect. A nice walk up a small road to my version of paradise. Just far enough away from the action and at the end of Heroes AV. Pool and food steps from my room that has an awesome bed, bathroom, AC and cieling fan. The host and restaurant staff is 10 out of 10. I would move in :)"

"The ranch and accommodations were just as described. The cabana was comfy and clean, the kitchen is in a separate building and there is no fridge but I was able to borrow a cooler to store our food. The ranch and cabanas are powered by solar energy and on demand hot water. The food at the restaurant is creative and delicious and prepared by the chef, the prices were comparable to a good Canadian restaurant, it’s a family run operation and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. "

"The house was exactly as advertised. It had a few maintenance issues that the owner is taking care of. Initially, we had a couple of major problems but the manager & the owner came out and immediately called workers out and corrected the problems. The covered porch was wonderful. Sitting out at night listening to the birds and other animals was great!The property manager was extremely helpful. My cell phone died close to the house but it's not easy to find. A store owner called the manager...

"Gorgeous tent and outdoor space, unbelievable views, great outdoor shower, hot tub worked well and appreciated that they had a dehumidifier and heater in the tent. The property itself has such amazing views of the sunset, and we were a 30 sec walk from our dinner at San Lucas which was great! Also loved the wide variety of free snacks and the kitchen. Be warned that the bathroom doesn’t have a dehumidifier so everything in there gets and stays pretty wet, but it’s glamping so wasn’t anything we...

The room had bugs constantly falling from the ceiling, including cockroaches, earwigs, and pill bugs. To make matters worse, there was a scorpion in the room. Despite being told the room was fumigated a day or two prior, these pests were prevalent. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like pillows, bed sheets, and toilet paper.
