"This is an excellent resort; good facilities. It is a huge property with lots of walking or shuttle riding. It is too far from Playa del Carmen to walk, and bus is a bit difficult; $30 U.S. by cab. Food is very good, sometimes some is not hot enough. As others noted, not enough pool chairs (like most resorts). The staff is great; the shows were too late for us."

"We absolutely loved this vacation. Everyone was wonderful from the moment we stepped out of our taxi. Juan Carlos greeted us with a warm smile and was so helpful with our bags and a lovely welcoming beverage of fresh juices.
