"I enjoy staying at OMNI hotels and Chicago was comfortable enough. It is definitely a bit dated and could have been cleaned a little better but the service was wonderful, aside from Daniel at the front desk. He inserted himself into a conversation and made me quite uncomfortable. Everyone else was lovely but he really needs to learn to listen for a moment without rudely talking over someone. He was the only negative part of the experience "
