"The room was so spacious and it had a great view and very unique design. It was so quiet. Parking was easy and decent priced. I was directed towards the wrong elevator by the check in clerk which was not great after you arrive tired. I think only 2 out of the 4 elevators work so have to consider that in your travel time."

We felt our concerns/requests for the few specifics were always met graciously by all the staff. I didn't necessarily know; nor liked the smoking allowed in the casino area - this was definately a negative. "

"Good hotel. Would recommend a stay there. Service was fast when the toilet was clogged. Toilet does need repair because the flapper doesn't close. Sink faucets are not fastened correctly. Check out using the kiosk was difficult and time consuming."

"We had a great stay at the Aria. Besides the quality of the accommodations, convenience and dining options which were all amazing we were very happy with the customer service. My family accidentally removed many items from the mini bar which we put back but were billed for it. I had to pay because I had to do express checkout to make it time for a show. "Our room was clean. We didn’t like the smoke smell in the casino you have to pass through to get everywhere…maybe that’s everywhere in Vegas? It’s strange when you aren’t used to it and bothered my son’s breathing as he has asthma. We stayed there before heading to national parks. It was adequate and close to our rental car pickup/. Convenient if you want to do things along the strip (which we did not) "
