Very walkable to many places in downtown Chicago. Great restaurant choices in the area and parking is only two blocks away from the hotel, yes it is public parking but they do validate to make it cheaper. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Free breakfast and a noon check out time and you can bring your dog for only a 75 dollar fee, what else could you ask for?

2 nite stay. All staff members were great except for one gentleman at the front desk. Clean, convenient location, great breakfast, good security, valet parking was quick. The safe in the room was very inconvenient to use; it required getting down on the floor. There is a firehouse across the street. Sirens all night the first night, none the second night. I'm not sure if they can be heard if you're in a room on the other side of the hotel. The other thing is that our room wouldn't get above 65 degrees. It took 2 trips to the front desk to get someone to come fix it. So, our second night was wonderful, no sirens, warm room. So, a wonderful place if your heat works and if it's a quiet night at the firehouse.

I booked three different rooms for myself and my colleagues. I booked a bigger space for myself, but at my colleague's check-in, they gave my room to him. By the time I went to the front desk, they recommended that I change the room, and my colleague said that in front of him. I have booked this hotel for the past three years, but this was so bad. They had no other option for me. And sure, I did not ask my colleague's team to change the room he had already set up.

The hotel was clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and my daughter loved that they had a swimming pool. It was a close walk to Michigan Avenue as well as many other destinations we had planned.

Staff was welcoming. Nice clean and spacious rooms. Only issue is one of the TVs didn’t work and the maintenance did not really know what the issue was. Pool a little chilly. The area was very convenient.
