It was really nice and affordable the only thing we didnt like was the fact the bar said it was open til 11:30pm but they where closed due to the fact that it was slow, but there are still guests at the hotel!

Checking in was a little rough, the hotel did not have my reservation, not sure if it was a Expedia or hotel issue, the staff was able to handle it and still gave me a room. Will definitely look at booking directly with the hotel instead of Expedia in the future.

We were very disappointed with their service as our room was not cleaned for 3 consecutive days even after we requested each day after the first day of no service, they acknowledged and advised they’d clean it and yet no service. Finally last night we requested to get a new room close by. They didn’t even try to redeem themselves to do anything extra. And we had to request to change the room. No need to say, we’re not coming back.

Presumably, this is the "fancy" hotel in the area, given the other options are upfront about being basic and don't have an enormous lobby that was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Property is huge and the rooms are rather large yet the space isnt used for standard or even more-than-basic guest amenities. No microwave in the room, just one on each enormous floor. No signs or info, just found it by accident. luckily there was a very small fridge stuffed into the small wardrobe. No vending machines or options after the cafe closes. The shop in the lobby is useful if you're hoping to buy a jar or jam or some soaps. Insanely awful. There is no business center, just one 15 minute session PC and printer next to the front desk which is only functional for printing out a boarding pass or something else an app on your phone can do. Elevator was about 1/3 mile from the hallway my room was in. I was there for a week over thanksgiving and was glad to have dinner options in the lobby, but those were cut short according to the bartender that seemingly only spoke to other men.
