This property is centrally located and close to shopping, restaurants, bars and public transit. The staff were courteous and quick to respond to questions and requests. The frequency of first responder sirens going off in the area throughout the night was no fault of the hotel, but given the property's location to nearby care facilities, the sirens were the only negative part of our extended weekend.

They overbooked the room that paid in advanced for. So instead of a king with couch and view, I got a queen with no view and no couch. They gave me a basic breakfast voucher, one day only, for my downgraded room, Poor lighting in room. Cleaning staff didn't refill toilet paper, coffee and coffee cups, had to go track those down. Washer and dryer, they were down to only one set, the others were broken. The gym was decent.

SOOOO loud! There are at least 12 hospitals within 500m therefore LOTS of sirens and ambulances going around the clock! Barely slept the entire weekend :(
