"This is in a fancy part of town, across from the Hancock bldg. There are tons of great restaurants. The shops are… also fancy, translated - mostly for window shopping. It would be awesome if they had 2 people serving coffee in the morning because the line is long."

"Booked: two bedroom suite Condition: bed was very comfy and linens felt lovely. Bathroom was well appointed. Spotlessly clean. Rooms could use a remodel and a spruce up, BUT it was not offensively outdated and I have NO complaints on the quality of the space. Microwave also functions as a convection oven. Plates, cups, utensils, cooktop, pots and pans included. Refrigerator is fairly generously sized. Love the water bottle filler across from the elevator. Staff were fantastic, helpful and fun! Location is superb at the corner of Wacker and Michigan in the middle of the Miracle Mile. Picked this hotel as the one I typically stay in was asking over $800 per night for a one bedroom suite that is a bit larger but no less convenient. This was a great alternative for 30% of the price basically leaving more money for $hopping!!!!! Will definitely return to this hotel in future. "

"We arrived just after check in time on a busy day and were required to wait a few minutes before getting our room. The host/clerk was very apologetic and upgraded our room to compensate for the inconvenience. We were very comfortable and felt very much at home for the long weekend. The interactions we had with the cleaning staff, bellhops, room service and restaurant personnel were pleasant, professional, helpful and very friendly. I'll be sure to stay with you again, it was a great experience!"
