Amazing property. Loved the amenities and the options to cast your streaming apps from my phone without having to login. My only disappointment was the expensive hotel bar.

The hotel was perfect specially the customer service was great. It was clean, quiet, and in a good location. The breakfast was worth it with so many options! I highly recommend it! I will go back whenever I visit Chicago again!

Nice staff and location. However the rooms were very basic. The floors in the rooms were vinyl. No carpet, so it didn’t not feel cozy at all. Heating system was hard to use. It got really hot at night and we weren’t able to adjust temp. They said it was broken and suggested we disable thermostat every night. Curtains and parts of bedding were polyester. Bed was hard- no boxspring and if you bumped the bed at all it sound move away from the wall. We felt like it was built like a new dorm building at a college. Bullet proof materials but not luxe at all! I also tried calling multiple times on our way in with pressing questions about parking. No one answered and when we got there the front desk person informed me that main number wasn’t working. Very frustrating.

It is right at the heart of Michigan Avenue shopping. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome! And the staff ALL from the bell person to the waiters were amazing! Will definitely come back!

The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The hotel was very cold there hear wasn't enough. The room was not equipped with much: no ice bucket, shower caps, robes or slippers. There aren't any doors on the showers which made showering uncomfortable.
