"The hotel's interior design is ideal for any get away. I stayed at the Junior Suit facing Millennium Park and the view was splendid. They had about a 32 oz complementary water with various snacks and liquor to purchase. The concierge was very lovely and helpful. I love the diversity of the staff. The one area I wasn't happy with the service was when I went to eat the roof top restaurant, "Cindy." When arriving at the restaurant I was greeted with a, "How can I help you?," I was confused due to...

"The only issue I had was with the parking. Maybe you guys could offer some type of valet or shuttle options. Or a reduction in the price for parking, since its a little of a walk."

"It was a nice stay for me. Breakfast really was subpar. there were no eggs because of the egg shortage so I think they did the best they could. it really was the minimum with biscuits and gravy with two types of sausage. It also had canned fruit toast and white bread toast. "
