"The customer service is excellent. The location is very close to all areas of interest, you can walk there. Our room was huge, practically an apartment. With a beautiful view! We visited the hotel restaurant, the food was very good and the service too. We loved The Royal Sonesta Downtown, we will definitely be back!"

"The blanket had a stain on it. The bathroom had a lot of hair, and so did the towels. I had to clean the bathroom before I could use it. Otherwise, it is a suitable place to stay. They should have a halper for the chef who makes omelets for the customers. He doesn't look like he has much patience to help with the customers. "

"I truly enjoyed my experience this Thanksgiving at EUROSTAR! The hotel staff was very courteous and made it a memorable trip for my husband and I traveling with our infant for the first time. The property is conveniently located 2 blocks from Whole Foods, great bars and restaurants. But most importantly…. The breakfast at River North Bistro was magnificent! I would definitely return with family and recommend this place. Oh but there is 1 tiny con is that there aren’t any microwaves in room or in the hotel for that matter so our daughter had a few meals cold. Other than that I say this place is a lovely place. "
