"When I arrived I got checked in with no issues I had a one bedroom king no issues there only thing I didn’t like was I needed to leave by 4am got told they don’t open valet till 5am so I made a exception to stay but only for me to be told in about 10 min called twice more just for them to say by this time it’s 530am it’s been ready it’s across the street I was never told that I had to come over and pick it I dropped it off in from of the hotel"

"I enjoyed my stay! Quiet, clean, a wonderful staff, and a pleasant experience overall. I had an unexpected travel delay and the staff were more than willing to assist me, which I will always appreciate. The view from the top floor is nice as well! "

"This was a great location. About a half block from the “L” and minutes from bus transportation. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable. Loved the decor of the hotel and rooms. My 9 year old enjoyed all of the graphic art on doors like the emergency exit and ice machine. And the record albums in the elevators. And great price for location. Walking distance to UNO Pizza and Lou Manalti’s. Would definitely stay here again."

"Room was gorgeous and very spacious. Great location. Negatives: Attendants at the front desk were not the friendliest, lobby bar was closed and parking was pricey. Thin walls - could hear sirens all night. "

"Very good location for my stay. The property is somewhat dated, looking the same as when I last stayed here 10 years ago. Refrigerator in room is most appreciated. Close to bus lines 36, 22, and 151. Have lunch at "The Bagel" a few blocks north for a wonderful Jewish Deli experience."

"This property has everything you need for a stay near Wrigley field. Some things are outdated- but you aren’t going to be spending time in the room- you are going to want to be out in the city exploring. 5-10min walk to Red Line depending on your pace. Highly recommend!"

"The staff was friendly. Made sure my stay was comfortable. The room was decent for the price . The only downsize was the bathroom area. It’s more of a barn style and there really isn’t any privacy . There is a curtain to close off the view from the room to shower . The side door closes from closet to bathroom. Overall it’s a nice room . If you’re looking for a quick overnight stay . "
