"The hotel's location is quite good and walking distance from most downtown hot spots. It is also a nice looking hotel with gilded Art Deco features. The rooms are fine but mine did smell like cat litter for about 24 hours. Not sure what that was about. The staff were very kind, and the attached restaurant was quite good (and the servers were super friendly). Overall, a good experience but was hoping for a little more for the price I paid."

"Good all around except issue both on check in and check out .Upgrading their software/ PMS they had not transferred our booking so looked like we had no reservation. Took 2 of them several minutes to book us in. Frustrating as had been emailed day before to check in online with all our details(like airline)otherwise our booking would be seen as a no show .On checkout found they had not connected rooms for charging so delay while connected 2 room booking so could settle with one payment"
