The hospitality here is unmatched. As soon as I stepped upon the premises I was being taken care of. Everyone was so nice, and Pedro was so helpful. Very nice room, view, and overall experience. Will be coming back.

Was a perfect location for my 3-night stay. Room very comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Heard from others that the complimentary coffee on the second floor was very good, but I am not a coffee drinker so I was not able to take full advantage of that included amenity. Would have liked a greater selection of teas or hot chocolate as an alternative to coffee. My room included an automatic coffee maker, but no pods for coffee or tea. My room also included a small fridge and microwave, which was great. A room booked for another member of my group was missing those two items.

A perfect location, walking distance to everything. The two bedroom/ two bath suite would be perfect for a family with kids or friends traveling together. I loved the lotion, and bath products. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were very nice. Great coffee machine on the second floor, and water stations on each floor.

Great location! We loved the view of the River Walk and were easily able to walk to restaurants, shops, attractions (the Bean, Art Institute). Bed was super comfy. Only downfall was the room was quite small and actually kind of beat up looking...could've used some TLC. Overall, happy and would recommend, though.

Enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a no frills hotel but the location is hard to beat right on the river. Our room had a fantastic view and was clean. We stayed two nights and both days housekeeping came around and refreshed towels and cleaned up. Overall we would come back to the River Hotel.
